Shipping policy

We pick and dispatch orders every working day, and aim to pick and pack your order within 1-2 working days of you placing it. After this, your parcel will be dispatched by your chosen delivery method.

Please note that working days for teapigs are Monday - Friday and do not include bank holidays.

Whilst the vast majority of the parcels we send will reach their destinations in HK within the usual delivery times, occasionally parcels get delayed and take longer than normal.  Please be patient - especially if you are on the outer islands or outside of HK). If after 10 working days from placing your order, you are concerned about its whereabouts, just get in touch and we will happily investigate. We send all our HK and International parcels via trackable services - your tracking number can be obtained from teapigs.

Courier service

$40 on orders under $300 (FREE on orders over $300)

Delivery 1 to 2 working days after dispatch. 

Next Day Delivery

$60 

Same day dispatch if ordered before 4pm Monday to Thursday; 3pm Friday.

Delivery available Monday - Friday, except public holidays.

In the event of severe weather (T3 or above), there may be delays on your delivery. Please contact us directly for an update on your shipment. 

Territories outside of HK 

Courier service to Macao

$50 on orders under $300 (FREE on orders over $300)

Delivery 2-3 working days after dispatch.

*Due to the difficult situation in Hong Kong with the Pandemic, we may not be able to deliver your order in the usual time frame. Please place your order and we will update you directly via email if there will be any delay on your delivery.

Courier service to Taiwan / Japan

Delivery 2-3 working days after dispatch.

Shipping fee will be confirmed via email upon order completion. Please place your order and we will contact you via email.
