I made a mistake – can I edit or cancel my order?
Accidents happen! If you need to edit or cancel your order contact our customer services on +852 3591 1044 or +852 3591 1044 (for English) from our contact page. We aren’t able to amend this over weekends, so it’s best to give us a call Monday morning to make sure we don’t ship your order before you’re ready.
why hasn't my discount code worked?
There’s a few things to check. Firstly, our site can only accept one discount code at a time – so if you’re lucky enough to have more than one make sure you pick well to get the best deal! Secondly, make sure you double check the t&cs of each code, as not everything is included in all codes, and some codes are single use only. Please note customers details will be checked against the current customer databased during checkout, and any invalid codes will be removed. If your code still isn’t working, you can get in touch from our contact page or call us on +852 3591 1044.
how long will I have to wait for my order?
We pick and dispatch orders every working day, and aim to pick and pack your order within 1-2 working days of you placing it. After this, your parcel will be dispatched by your chosen delivery method. If you need your HK parcel quickly, for a gift for example, we recommend choosing the next day courier option. / 訂購貨品會於訂購日後1-2工作日內送貨。如急單，請選用 翌日快逮。
Please note that working days for teapigs are Monday - Friday and do not include bank holidays. / 工作時間：星期一至星期五，不包括銀行假期。
Whilst the vast majority of the parcels we send will reach their destinations in HK within the usual delivery times, occasionally parcels get delayed and take longer than normal. Please be patient - especially if you are on the outer islands or outside of HK). If after 10 working days from placing your order, you are concerned about its whereabouts, just get in touch and we will happily investigate.
